Strengthening Families Program/ROOTS Workshop

A 14-week session seeks to build communication between the parent (or primary caretaker) and the child. It is a safe/brave space where trust and self-esteem are valued and developed. Both parents and children are involved in the sessions together. The sessions are held once a week for 2.5 hours. (1hour Child Workshop) (1hour Parent Workshop) (30Min Family Time). At the completion of the program, there is a stipend (gift card) for parents and children.
