Dear Site Administrators,
 

As you may know, our Pest Control provider, Pestec, visits sites once a month to monitor, inspect, and advise SFUSD on Integrated Pest Management. 

In an effort to better serve you and improve transparency, we are asking each site to designate an IPM liaison. We need a point person at each site to help us improve communication. Please identify someone with access to SchoolDude and fill out this Google Form.  Complete this form by March 29, 2024.

The IPM liaison will receive a digital copy of the pest technician’s monthly report. They will be responsible for reviewing it and submitting any recommended work orders. 

Additionally, the IPM Liaison will act as a conduit between staff, Pestec, and Facilities by ensuring reports are recorded in the Pest Sighting logbook and submitting IPM work orders when urgent service is needed.

If the designated staff is no longer with the school/ district, please kindly contact Janette Chieng at chiengj@sfusd.edu and provide a new designated contact.
