Who: Who: Anyone who submits contracts: All Clerks, all Typists, all Secretaries, all Management Assistants, all Principals, all Managers, all Analysts.
In an effort to establish a deeper understanding of the contract process, Procurement will have training opportunities. There will be two training opportunities in January and three training opportunities in February 2024. We will cover the same topics for each month. In February, two of those will be during the Procurement Clinics, which are the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. The third training will take place during the Clerk Institute, Clerical PD (time to be determined). Anyone who handles contracts, i.e. Principals, Clerk Typists, etc, are required to attend one of these monthly trainings.

Procurement Clinics/Trainings for January will be on:
01/10/24: 10:00 am - 11:30 am (PST)
01/24/24: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm (PST)
Procurement Clinics/Trainings for February will be on:

02/28/24: 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm (PST)

If anyone has any specific questions or areas on the contract you would like more information on, please let us know so we can include them in the training. The Superintendent is expecting at least one member from your school or department who works on contracts to attend the training. See below for an important message fromthe Superintendent.
