The Department of Technology (DoT) is aware of phishing emails with the following subject lines:

• Human Rights Officer - Student Outreach & School Support
• Human Resources & Business Services
• Required Attendance | St. Jude Disability Services Assistant - Intellect Shopper.
• Vacancies | St. Jude Disability Services Assistant - Intellect Shopper.

There may be other, related emails we do not yet know about. Currently, all emails mention career opportunities with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

If you have received one of these emails, even if it originated from an SFUSD mail address, it should not be trusted and immediately deleted. DoT recently published a document in OASIS, Phishing: Not As Fun as it Sounds, that should serve as an educational guide on these types of emails.If you see any emails about St. Jude other than one of the subject lines above, please contact the SFUSD Help Desk at help.sfusd.edu or (415) 241-6476.
