What: The FYSCP Liaison position is designed to provide on-site support and coordinated services to students in foster care. The Liaison will work with the FYSCP central team to support the goal of improving educational outcomes for students in foster care.

School sites should have Foster Youth Students enrolled at your school in order to qualify for a liaison position at your site. We have limited liaison positions and priority will be given to those sites who apply that have the highest number of Foster Youth Students.

Compensation: 

• FYSCP Liaisons will receive up to $800 based on the number of activities and tasks completed and documented as part of the role and responsibilities of the liaison.
• FYSCP Liaison tasks should fall outside of your primary role at your school site and be fulfilled outside of your work contract.

Who: SFUSD Staff Members may apply for the FYSCP Liaison position.  

ALL LIAISONS MUST SEEK APPROVAL FROM THEIR SCHOOL SITE ADMINISTRATOR PRIOR TO APPLYING.
