All schools with pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and 7th grade will receive a letter from CDE regarding immunization reporting. (link to letter). Sites who receive the letter do not need to submit immunization reports. 

Health Workers and Nurses will submit the annual immunization reports by the reporting deadline: December 1, 2023.
