Announcement Message
The annual Enrollment Fair is on Saturday, October 21 at John O’Connell High School. Each school is required to host an information table at the fair and help showcase SFUSD for prospective families applying for the 24-25 school year.
To-dos for schools:
- Confirm that you have the Principals’ calendar hold on October 21; setup begins at 9:00 AM. (Click the calendar hold and add your name if you don’t have it!)
- Ensure you have 3 people (staff or family volunteers) to represent your school that day.
- Print copies of this flier (Black & White) and display both front and back at your school. If you’re able to send a flier home with each transition grade family (Pre-K, TK, 5th, 8th), that’s also very appreciated!
- Ask your staff to help us spread the word about the Enrollment Fair through your site’s social media channels by using this social media toolkit. The toolkit includes downloadable images and sample messaging that you can use to create social media posts.
- Save the date for the Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, October 3, and join to receive instructions & answers to any questions.
Notes: The Enrollment Center will provide a table, chairs, tablecloth (except high school - please bring your own!), and one-page overview of your school. Parking, snacks and drinks will be available for event staff.
