Are you a SFUSD paraeducator seeking support to grow in your role? Apply to engage in a non-evaluative, peer coaching cycle!

Paraeducators interested in growing in their practice can apply to participate in a 1:1 coaching cycle with a para on special assignment (PSA)! A coaching cycle includes 7 sessions (intake, observations and debriefs, and virtual coaching sessions). To participate, you must commit to the full cycle and make time before/directly after school and/or on your lunch breaks to meet with your coach. Those that complete a cycle will be paid at your hourly rate for all coaching sessions. Coaching is confidential, non-evaluative, and fully optional. Coaching feedback is not shared with your supervisor or colleagues. Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
