SFUSD’s Foster Youth Services Coordinating Program (FYSCP) is now accepting referrals for tutoring for students in foster care. Tutoring is provided by Bay Area Educational Institute and TutorMe at the school site during or after-school and virtual, as needed.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Foster youth attending school in SFUSD 
• Must have an open court dependency case or placed out of home by the delinquency court
• Students performing far below and below basic will be prioritized for services
• Tutoring services offered through school-site or off-site resources are not available or do not meet the student's educational needs
• The parent/guardian/caregiver must provide consent for services
• Cancellation must be provided 24 hours in advance directly to the tutor
