The Multilingual Learner Class Rosters Illuminate Report allows teachers to generate class rosters that display data about multilingual students in their class(es): Multilingual learner (ML) (aka English learner), Redesignated Fluent English Proficient, and English Proficiency to-be-determined students (often EL newcomers) for each class period are included. The roster reports also include a student’s current and former ELPAC levels and subscores and other data. Students who were not tested in the spring will not have scores. Lastly, you will find the US school entry date, reclassification date (for R-FEP students), and the enrollment pathway on this report.

- EL 4+ years (On Track) are EL students who have been in the EL program for four or more years who have met proficiency benchmarks on state assessments and have maintained or improved ELP
- Long-Term English Learners (LTELs) are EL students in 6th through 12th grade who have completed 6 full years in U.S. Schools* without meeting the criteria for reclassification. (*to ensure accurate data, we use LEP date in lieu of US School Entry Date)

Inquiry questions to consider when review rosters:
- Who are my multilingual learners?
- What do students’ typologies suggest about the progress they are making in English?
- What are the students' areas of strength and weakness reviewing the ELPAC subscores?
