Submit Arts Coordinator Application Forms before Wednesday, Sept. 13! We are striving for 100 percent participation for schools PK-12+ school sites.

If you are interested in being an Arts Coordinators and your school does not have one, please share this form with your school site a principal. If you are a current Arts Coordinator you also must fill out this form so they can re-assign you to the role. For accountability and management purposes, please assign only ONE Arts Coordinator per site. If this is not possible the position can be shared.

SUBMIT FORM for each Arts Coordinator TO THE ARTS DEPARTMENT by Wednesday, September 13, 2023. Please go over this form with your site principal and have them submit it for your site. The stipend of $2,500 will be connected to the successful completion of the elements outlined in the form attached and they will be verified by your site principal at the end of the Fall semester and the Spring semester, for a payment of $1,250.00 each semester.
