The Student Systems team hopes you had a restful and rejuvenating summer. Here are some resources to get you started as you prepare to open schools. 

Back to School Reminders:

• Upcoming Administrator and Staff PD's:
• August 8th: 
  • Master Schedules need to be rolled over from Schedule Control to School Year focus 23-24. Reach out to the DoT Production Operations Team through the Help Desk  when you are ready to roll over the master schedule
  • Teachers’ class sections must be completed so they can be used by teachers during Digital District Day on August 9th.
  • If not already submitted, Bell Schedules are due. Bell schedule submission process 
• August 15th: All families and students will have access to their schedules and room assignments.
  • Schools may choose to show schedules earlier by UNchecking the “Current Schedule” on ParentVUE and StudentVUE School Configuration and leaving the “Suppress classes” blank on.
