Summary
Any additional retentions or pathway changes at your site should happen by May 12.
Announcement Message
If you have any students that you would like to retain in their current grade next year, or any students whose pathways need to change for next year, please alert EPC by May 12. To retain a student, please complete the appropriate form on bit.ly/EPC_Employee_Site - for retentions, use the Retention Form; for pathway changes, use the Transfer in Program Form. Please note:
- Send the completed forms to enrollinschool@sfusd.edu or Alana Ramirez at ramireza@sfusd.edu.
- Any changes to student enrollment after Round 1 may result in your school being overenrolled next year.
- Parents must sign the forms for them to be valid.
