Calling San Francisco teachers and classrooms (grades 2-5): You are invited to participate in Pyramid Dreams, a year-long arts program at the Transamerica Pyramid for local elementary students, that aims to inspire and engage children to dream big and achieve success in their fields of interest.
The program invites school children from local elementary schools (grades 3-5) to visit and participate in an ‘off-site class’ at one of SF’s most iconic structures. Students will tour the building, view an exhibition on the building and the city’s history, and be asked to create their own drawings of the Pyramid in a medium of their choice. At the end of the year, to coincide with the Transamerica Pyramid's official reopening, 50 works from the program that will form a public exhibition and be showcased in prominent locations throughout the city including the Transamerica Pyramid itself.
Students will be provided with lunch, art materials, and SWAG bags – with all transport, logistics, and expenses to be managed and borne by the Transamerica Pyramid team. To enroll in the program and schedule your classroom's visit, please complete this form and a member of our team will be in touch.
We look forward to hopefully welcoming you and your students to the Pyramid soon!
