Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Facilities, the Senior Management Assistant assists in the design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of various projects throughout the Facilities department to ensure projects are completed on time.

This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as data entry, tracking invoices, scheduling meetings, and contract management. In addition, this position will be responsible for working with various teams and stakeholders to monitor project progress and provide oversight to ensure projects meet the proposed timelines and deliverables.
