Beginning Feb. 1 the Procurement Department will hold twice-monthly clinics to answer questions and concerns regarding purchasing, contracts, and insurance. See the schedule for clinic dates and times. The calendar will be updated to include clinic dates into the new fiscal year.

The clinics will be held in-person in the Business Services Conference Room, 135 Van Ness Avenue, 3rd Floor, and via Zoom (https://sfusd.zoom.us/j/81106735675); no appointments needed. Procurement Department staff will be on hand to answer any questions and work through any scenarios staff may have. Please take advantage of this opportunity to better understand the procurement process.

FY 2023-24 Contract Templates: The Procurement Department is currently working on the contract templates for the new fiscal year. We hope to post the templates to the One Drive portal by the end of February. We will provide an update once the templates are posted and available for use.
