Coaching for SFUSD Paraeducators in their 1st-5th year in SFUSD!

Are you a paraeducator with 5 years or less of experience? Are you looking for opportunities to grow?  Beginning February 5th, 2023 the Professional Learning and Leadership Team is offering peer coaching for those wanting support on their educator journey. 

Coaching is optional and non-evaluative (not for evaluation purposes but for job growth and development). Coaching includes an intake session, two observations/debriefs, and two additional virtual coaching sessions. Coaching is led by Paras on Special Assignment (PSAs) - members of the Paraeducator Support and Development team.

Coaching is open to all Para classifications (A, C, N, P, R, S & T).
