The first set of immunization reminder letters were sent to families with students in Grades TK, K, 1, 7 and 8 on Dec. 12, 2022. The letter was only sent to students who are missing immunization records. School sites have all received a tracker so they know which students will be receiving reminder letters.

The letter will explain that the student is missing immunization records and will note the specific immunization record that is missing with a deadline of Jan. 10, 2023 to get missing records submitted. For questions, please contact the Immunization Call Center:

We are going to stagger sending the immunization reminder letters by grade levels, and so letters for other grades will be coming after Dec. 12, 2022 through February and March 2023.
