Summary
For added security and better performance, Synergy is moving to the cloud! In order to complete this work, Synergy, TeacherVUE, ParentVUE, and StudentVUE will be offline for ALL USERS from Friday, Nov. 18 at 4 p.m. until Monday, Nov. 21 at 8:00 a.m. Learn how to best support our families during this migration.
Announcement Message
The district is moving its Student Information Systems (SIS), Synergy, to be hosted in the cloud starting Nov. 18, 2022 at 4 p.m. This migration to the cloud will address long-standing performance issues as well as improve security and result in faster disaster recovery times.
In order to complete this work, Synergy, TeacherVUE, ParentVUE, and StudentVUE will be offline for ALL USERS from Friday, Nov. 18 at 4 p.m. until Monday, Nov. 21 at 8:00 a.m.
To best support our families during this migration please note the following:
- Monday, Nov. 21: parents and students who use the ParentVUE and StudentVUE mobile app must delete and re-download the app.
- Parent Teacher Conference Week (Nov. 14-18) is a great opportunity to help families access their accounts! Please encourage families to update their contact information in ParentVUE.
- If parents forget their password they should use the “forgot password” function in ParentVUE. If they do not receive the reset email, please make sure that their email address in Synergy is updated.
Starting November 21, all site-based Synergy users will access Synergy using the same login. Review how staff and families can login.
