We hope that you will be helping families to fill out the online application—this way families will receive timely notifications about application processing, and will be able to see their school assignment online sooner than it is received by mail. However, we know that many families will want to turn in paper applications, and we want you to be prepared for this! Get the materials you need for collecting paper applications, which include:
- Detailed instructions for collecting paper applications and the related materials
- Application Log
- Cover Sheet for sending paper applications to the EPC
You can review the training materials from the 10/19 Clerk PD about collecting applications. Please send applications with their documents to the EPC on a *weekly basis*!
