A Family with students enrolled in Early Education School Sites should have the Multipurpose Family Income Form (MFIF) submitted by end of day on October 31st in order to support their school meal program funding. Information and resources: sfusd.edu/MFIF.

If your student(s) attend an Early Education School Site, please submit the Multipurpose Family Income Form for your household by October 31st. Submit by this date to support the meal program funding at your School.
