Multipurpose Family Income Forms (MFIF) are no longer required for students to be eligible for school breakfast or lunch. Here’s why MFIF Forms are STILL IMPORTANT to collect annually:

• MFIF forms still impact school site and District budgets
• SNS uses MFIF forms to qualify schools for Supper Programs
• SNS must use MFIF forms to claim EES meals for reimbursement
• Families can use MFIF form results for other helpful benefits and fee waivers

Please help ensure families complete and return MFIF forms!
