San Francisco Public Schools fulfill the functions of both a unified school district and a county office of education. County Schools and Programs serve as a safety net for students at high risk of dropping out, including those expelled, incarcerated, homeless, foster, and chronically truant in grades 7-12. As the Supervisor, you will report to the Director of County Schools and Services and be a part of the High School LEAD Team.  Under the direction of LEAD leadership, you will coordinate a cross-departmental team addressing the placement, transfer, and onboarding needs of students recommended for transfer or consultation. You will lead the work of coordinating placement and support services for expelled, incarcerated, homeless, foster, truant and students with similar needs. Requires the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships and provide detailed case management and problem solving across multiple domains.
