The Educational Placement Center (EPC) may be slow to respond during the first few weeks of school due to an increase in calls and visitors.
Announcement Message
Please note that there may be delays in the EPC’s responses to requests from families, schools, and other departments between 8/15 and 8/26. Last year, in the month of August, the EPC received more than 400 phone calls and 150 in-person family visitors per day. This is more than 8000 phone calls and thousands of in-person visitors during the month! We’re a team of 25, and we respond as quickly as we are able, but please be patient with us. The best thing to do if you’re having an enrollment emergency is to reach out to your cohort counselor though please have patience with them as well!
