The SFUSD warehouse will pick up packages and boxes labeled “Outdated Records-FOR DESTRUCTION" starting June 21, 2022 through  July 8, 2022 (tentative end date).

As a reminder:

1. All cum folders from June 2017 and earlier of students that no longer attend your school should be pulled and prepared for destruction.  Remember it is SFUSD practice that cum folders are kept at the last school of attendance for five years unless the cum folder was requested by another school.
   
   All cum folders for non-enrolled students that have not been forwarded to another school and FIVE (5) or more years have lapsed (leave dates of June 2017 or earlier) must be checked to ensure that no brown Special Education Service Folders have been accidentally commingled.  If you find such a Special Ed. folder, please hold it at your school site until the next "move up" period.  
2. Place cum folders in packages or boxes. Label them by writing the name of your school and the words “Outdated Records-FOR DESTRUCTION.”
3. Place the "to-be-destroyed" boxes in a secured location/room (locked and not accessible by students).

Please complete this form by JUNE 15, 2022 to identify the number of boxes and location for the pick up.
