Lead a workshop at the 6th annual SFUSD Paraeducator Institute! (see Para Institute 2022 Flyer)

When: This year's institute will be held August 8-9 (workshops - similar to past years) and August 11-12 (more informal sessions and independent learning). We are only seeking workshops for August 8-9!

Why: Paraeducators are critical to student and family success, and the Para Institute is the only formalized structure in SFUSD to provide meaningful PD to this incredible group of educators. We deeply appreciate your commitment to support the professional learning of SFUSD's paras!

How: Please propose a workshop here: Facilitator Interest Form 2022. SFUSD staff not already on contract (paraeducators, teachers, TSAs, etc.) will be paid to design/lead a workshop.

Please note that New Teacher Orientation will also occur on August 9th. If you intend to present at NTO, please do NOT sign up for the Tuesday 2:30-4:00 block. All other sessions Monday and Tuesday are NOT overlapping with NTO.
