On May 20, Trimester 3 will close. This 2021-22 SBRC Trimester 3 Timeline & Guidance was shared with principals on May 6th to offer guidance on the development, completion, and submission of TK-5 Standards-Based Report Cards by the dates indicated.

Important Considerations For Teachers:

• The TK-5 SBRC Teacher Guides should be used to guide professional judgment as to how students have made progress towards end-of-year standards.
• Report cards must be marked “complete” or blank versions will be published to ParentVue. 
• Principals must inform DoT by May 24 that report cards are complete, in order for report cards to be posted to ParentVUE for all students by June 1. Please plan accordingly.
• Hard copies for students whose families do not have ParentVUE accounts will be printed by DoT and mailed to the school site for distribution to families.
