Elementary grade teachers: please complete the Health Education Accountability Tool (HEAT survey) by Friday, April 29th, to record health education lessons you’ve taught this year.
Announcement Message
The Health Education Accountability Tool (HEAT survey) is designed to record the 20 or more health lessons you have taught during the 21-22 school year. This survey data will help Student & Family Services track health education across the district in order to align services and resources. Use the link below to complete the survey, which should take 5-10 minutes.

By April 29, 2022
- Please also report health lessons delivered to your students by other staff, including the librarian, school social worker/nurse, physical education, or garden teacher. Include the lessons you plan to teach through the end of the year.
