The prices are as follows:

Order of 10 cases or more; submit a Requisition for Purchase Order via GOFAST system, even though the total order is less than $1,500.00

The vendor will not accept your School Requisition Number. It is also important for the requisitioning staff to submit a PO voucher payment upon receipt of xerographic paper and invoice.
