In light of the high rate of teacher absences and the urgency to prioritize support for our school sites during these times, the Test Coordinator meeting originally scheduled for next week has been postponed until February. Stay tuned for a forthcoming communication regarding the rescheduled Test Coordinator meeting dates and registration.

In the meantime, it is important to note that the Summative ELPAC window is Feb 2 - May 31.  As such, parent notification letters will be generated and sent to schools late next week or early the following week via school mail for distribution to families of eligible students.  Schools should not plan for administering the group testing portions until after the rescheduled Test Coordinator meeting.  However, we will begin coordinating with Test Coordinators at school sites with a high number of eligible students to begin scheduling District Examiners for the 1:1 testing.
