California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) testing for ELA, math and science will begin throughout SFUSD in March 2022.

The January 2022 Test Coordinator meetings provide an overview of CAASPP procedures and responsibilities for school sites. Every SFUSD school must send at least one representative. Please use the registration to select one meeting session.

Meetings are not school-level specific; all sessions repeat the same material and are open to all Test Coordinators of all grade levels. Since meetings are remote and are conducted in real time, a self-paced training module is not available.

Meetings will provide latest updates from the California Department of Education regarding the following required state assessments:

• English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC)
• California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP):  Smarter Balanced Assessments, California Alternate Assessments, California Science Test
