In accordance with the 2021-22 SFUSD Assessment Plan, the administration window for the Fall 2021 Reading Inventory and Math Tasks opens on October 1st and concludes on November 5th.   

For assessment information, guidance, and PD supports and resources, please click on the hyperlink(s) below that corresponds to the grade and/or subject area that you teach:

• Reading Inventory (grades 3-8 ELA)
• Math Milestone Task* (grades K-5 Math and HS Alg 1, Geo, Alg 2, Alg 2/Pre-Cal)
• Math Entry Task* (grades 6-8 Math)

*NEW: Teachers may utilize the administration method of their choice for the Math Tasks, for example; Seesaw, Google Slides, Desmos, paper, etc. Teachers planning to administer the tasks on paper may order student page copies from AAO. Please submit this Math Milestone/Entry Paper Student Pages Request Form at least two weeks prior to planned administration date.

As a reminder, the Fall 2021 Fountas & Pinnell windows are as follows: Grade 1 (Sept 23-Oct 14) and Grade 2 (Oct 15-Nov 4).  See the following memo regarding 2021-22 F&P Cycle 1 Assessment Administration for additional information.
