Announcement Message
For the 2021 - 2022 school year, the student login process has changed. Students still have access to Zoom and can join meetings however, SFUSD students no longer have Zoom accounts and do not have to login into Zoom to access a Zoom meeting. To join a Zoom meeting, students need to be on a Chrome browser and logged into their SFUSD Google account. A teacher or SFUSD staff member needs to share the Zoom meeting link, which students click on to access the meeting.

To protect students and ensure the safest virtual environment for you and your students, do not publicly share your Zoom meeting links. Designate a secure system to provide students with the meeting link to your Zoom meeting. All staff should follow these safety and security tips and it is highly recommended that you use one the following options to securely send students your Zoom meeting link:
- In Google Calendar
- By email
- In Clever, on your teacher’s page
- In the Announcements or Inbox on your Seesaw app
- In Google Classroom
- On your Synergy teacher website
