Participate in free, virtual, interactive and personalized coaching to improve classroom or clinical practices to support Transgender, Gender Nonconforming and Nonbinary students, and implement inclusive health education. 

The Student & Family Services Division is partnering with Advocates for Youth to provide free virtual professional development to a limited number of school-based and central office staff who are interested in improving their classroom or clinical practices to support Transgender, Gender Nonconforming and Nonbinary students, and implement inclusive health education. Training topics include:

• Creating inclusive classrooms for Trans, Nonbinary, Gender Non-Conforming youth
• Responding to parental concern regarding the teaching of sexual health and gender expansiveness
• Taking sexual health histories and supporting all clients in a gender affirming way (Clinical staff only)

This unique interactive experience can increase participants' comfort level in a variety of skills. This is a great opportunity for intensive personalized coaching, with only THREE training participants per hour!
