As we are all preparing for the reopening of school, we are experiencing an increased volume of print and mail requests. We are working quickly and efficiently to fulfill all orders and meet the requested deadlines.

Due to the increased volume DPDC requires at least 1 week of processing time depending on the complexity and volume of the request. Therefore, if your request is urgent and needs to be completed at a certain date, we ask the department to provide us a 1-2 weeks advance notice.
