Please note that many MOUs for services provided free to your site will expire on June 30th! Go to bit.ly/MOU-list to see if any programs you count on will expire in June.
- We are sending emails to remind those organizations to complete a new MOU if they plan to continue providing services, and posting updates at www.sfusd.edu/mou.
- We will prioritize organizations who need new MOUs to provide services for SFUSD programs over this summer - to meet the deadlines for BOE approval.
There are new requirements for all service providers & volunteers, to meet health and safety guidelines. Check these resources for details!
- See what’s new with MOU terms & requirements for 2021-22
- For in-person services: Review the Guidance for site leaders to ensure all service providers and volunteers complete SFUSD’s required training and comply with SFDPH health & safety guidelines for in-person services
- Virtual services are allowed to continue, at the discretion of school site staff. They must have a current MOU or contract to access SFUSD’s tech platforms, and must follow our Guidelines for communicating with students through virtual platforms. See the Tech Access FAQs, and Tips for SFUSD staff about the process for organizations to obtain logins (through an “AUP”).

- The online MOU platform provides interactive reports that make it easier for you to view the description of services for each MOU and find services that are available for your site. The MOU platform is hosted by Salesforce and is not part of SFUSD’s google suite, so you will need to create a user account.
- Find easy instructions in this Guide to Get Started (at bit.ly/Get-Started-SFUSD).
