Fellows is a group of site and central office leaders who serve as a district-level ILT. They meet for monthly 3-hour sessions and an annual retreat, from August 2021 through May 2023, to accomplish the following: 
- Consult on the design and participate in the facilitation of the all-administrator leadership development gatherings for 2021-21 and 2022-23, including the annual Administrators’ Institutes
- Consult with the Cabinet level decision-makers throughout the school year on progress/ outcomes surrounding leadership development work and other district decisions and policies
- Engage in rigorous antiracist leadership development
