You may be getting requests from service providers to approve their Acceptable Use Agreement and Technology Access Request form (AUP), to obtain a non-employee SFUSD email account.

Service providers are required to have an SFUSD account to serve students through SFUSD’s online platforms for distance learning - and requests for an SFUSD network account must be sponsored by a district office or school.
The provider must have a current contract or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SFUSD before they can apply for a non-employee email account.
