The District is migrating to a new network authentication system on Tuesday, October 6th at 6am. This change will result in a more stable, robust, and secure wireless experience for those using WiFi at an SFUSD site.

The District is migrating to a new network authentication system on Tuesday, October 6th at 6am. This change will result in a more stable, robust, and secure wireless experience for those using WiFi at an SFUSD site. If you are currently working offsite, you will not be affected but will need to accept a trust certificate upon your return to SFUSD WiFi, when that occurs.
When: October 6, 2020 at 6am
Where: District-wide
What to Expect: (Click the link below for screenshot images)
- Windows & Android Devices: No action required. Devices will continue to work normally on SFUSD’s WiFi.
- Chromebooks: No action required. Devices will continue to work normally on SFUSD’s WiFi.
- MacBook Devices: If prompted, verify the “ise.sfusd.edu” certificate and follow the prompts.
- iPhone/iPad/iOS Devices: Click on ‘Trust’ located in the top-right corner of the pop-up screen.
If you encounter any difficulty connecting to SFUSD’s WiFi network after 6am on October 6, 2020, please submit a DoT Service Request at help.sfusd.edu or contact the Help Desk at 415-241-6476 during business hours.
