Announcement Message
Dear SFUSD Community,
After a rigorous review process that included vetting several highly-rated math curricular materials with over 100 SFUSD teachers, administrators, and community members, we are excited to share that we have begun piloting high quality math curricula in school year 2024-25. Please review this page for additional details about the math pilot and for a list of schools where teachers have opted to pilot.
Elementary: All elementary pilot teachers will pilot both iReady Classroom Mathematics and Imagine Learning Illustrative Mathematics during the 2024 fall semester.
Middle: All middle school pilot teachers will pilot Desmos Math by Amplify for the 2024-25 school year. Desmos was the clear favorite with teachers across all criterion in the ratings and in the qualitative data.
