Immunization Pop-Up Clinic on Saturday, September 28, 2024 for Students 4-6 years of age

This immunization clinic is for TK/K students (ages 4-6) still missing required immunizations. Families must call (415) 309-3417 to register and must provide their child’s immunization records prior to the event to expedite the process. Families should bring SFUSD immunization or exclusion letters to the event. Event capacity is 50 families. See event flier for more information.
