The UCSF PlaySafe Program is excited to offer a comprehensive annual Pre-Participation Physical (PPE) Event with an EKG cardiac screening once again. This event is specifically for HIGH SCHOOL student-athletes in our SFUSD, SF Section, and other PlaySafe affiliated High Schools. This is a particularly useful opportunity for our Fall student-athletes (Cross Country, Flag Football, Football, Girls Golf, Girls Tennis, and Girls Volleyball).

Note: There is paperwork that athletes need to have completed and signed by their parent/guardian and bring with them to the event. *This event is open ONLY to HIGH SCHOOL student-athletes at our PlaySafe affiliated schools (incoming 9th graders are welcome).*
Date: SATURDAY, MAY 4, 2024
Time: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (athletes need to register for a specific time slot)
Location: UCSF Orthopaedic Institute (1500 Owens Street, SF)
Cost: FREE
Registration: 2024 PlaySafe Cardiac Physicals
Required Forms: UCSF Consent Form + Physical Exam Form (must be signed by a parent/guardian and brought on 5/4/24)
