All TK-13 SFUSD schools will be closed Apr. 8-12. 

We still have a lot of learning to do in the spring semester. It’s so important that SFUSD Shows Up for Spring! Learning is accelerated in the Spring semester, and sets students up for the skills they need to move onto the next grade and be successful.

SFUSD has many resources to help students Show Up for Spring! Our Attendance Awareness website has resources on what are valid excuses for absences for missing school and resources for anyone who needs help to make it to school each day.

We wish you a restful and refreshing Spring Break! We look forward to welcoming students back on Apr. 15th! 

All Early Education Department Out Of School Time (OST) and year-round Pre-K programs are open all 5 days during Spring Break, Apr. 8-12.

Year-round PreKs are found at early education schools and on the following elementary school campuses: Bret Harte, Bryant, Dr. Charles Drew, Excelsior at Guadalupe, Grattan, Las Americas/Moscone, R.Weill/Rosa Parks, and SF Public Montessori.

You can view the list of PK and OST programs that will be open from Apr. 8-12. 

SFUSD offices will remain open the entire week of Spring Break.
