The Uniform Complaint Procedure Annual Notice and its translations are linked below and can be viewed on the District’s Website. The Uniform Complaint Procedure Annual Notice has been translated into Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, and Samoan.
As changes in the law have required updates to SFUSD’s Uniform Complaint Policies and Procedures, the District’s Board has approved changes to Board Policy 1312.3 Uniform Complaint Procedures. The Administrative Regulation 1312.3 Uniform Complaint Procedures has also been updated. The updated Board Policy and Administrative Regulation, as they appear on Board Docs, are also attached. They are also posted on the District’s Website where they may be translated into eleven languages. Additionally, the Student and Family Handbook will soon be updated to reflect these updates as well.
Our Uniform Complaint Form has been updated accordingly and can be found on the District’s Website or by requesting a hard-copy form at the District’s Central Office or at any school site.
