Homeownership SF is excited to share that there are affordable homes available for purchase in the new 988 Harrison Street Development:
There are 12 Below Market Rate homes for sale: 1 studio, 6 one-bedroom, and 5 two-bedroom homes with parking available, priced at 100% AMI.
Applicants must be a first-time homebuyer and earn no more than the income levels listed in the flier.
Applications:
- Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 22.
- Apply online at housing.sfgov.org.
