Student Nutrition Services is the largest food service provider in San Francisco, serving meals at every school in the district. Operating at such a scale presents a unique set of challenges while we remain steadfast in our mission to serve students good food that they love. One of our goals is focused on the sustainability of our programs, which we are continuously working towards improving. View our Sustainability Initiatives Flyer to view our current initiatives and our future plans. These current initiatives include improving our infrastructure to be more energy efficient and moving away from using spork kits, among other vital efforts.
