Announcement Message
Caregivers and little ones will dive into interactive games, creative movement-focused practices, and mindfulness practices such as yoga and breath work.
The class will also be exploring books around big feelings to self-regulate for both caregivers and their toddlers.
This class is designed for all parts of the community to share intentional, fun space with each other.
