As inclusive schools week approaches, here are some resources to deepen your schools celebration of inclusion:

Sample Inclusive Schools Plans - Early Ed & Elementary, Middle, High School & Access

PE/Special Olympics Resources- SFUSD Physical Education and Activity department is partnering with Special Olympics Northern California to provide resources, lessons and activities throughout Inclusive Schools Week. Sign up to receive a RESPECT banner, a set of inclusion banners, or request an athlete speaker assembly during the week's activities. Fill out this form by November 17th.

Inclusive Books in School Libraries - SFUSD aims to ensure that every school's library collection "reflects inclusion and diversity including, but not limited to: materials by or about people of color; with a range of ethnicities, religions, languages, and cultures, people who identify as LGBTQ, family diversity, gender equity, and people with disabilities." View the book lists.
