Learn more about LGBTQ Student Services & Our Community Partners!

Since 1990, SFUSD has committed to making our schools more inclusive, welcoming, and affirming for all of our families, including those part of the LGBTQ+ community. This includes training all staff to use LGBTQ+ inclusive practices, intervening in bullying, implementing LGBTQ+ inclusive instructional content, and offering support to LGBTQ students and families. 

On September 7th, SFUSD families and students are invited to meet members of SFUSD’s LGBTQ+ Student Services and LYRIC’s School Based Initiatives teams; learn about how we support queer and trans students and families; and meet other SFUSD rainbow families.   

Light snacks will be served. Please see and share this flyer.
