Summer visibility of student schedules and teacher assignments

Please be aware that student schedules for the upcoming school year will be visible in Synergy and Clever on the following dates for the following groups. 

  • June 4: Visibility of student schedules and teacher assignments 
    • The students’ schedule and teacher assignments will only be accessible to school site administrators.   
  • August 8: Teachers receive access to their assigned students
    • Starting on Digital District Day (DDD), teachers will be provided access to their class lists. This will allow teachers to be able to make the most of DDD and to effectively plan for the start of the school year.
  • August 15: Family access to student schedules 
    • Families will have access to view their students’ class assignments through ParentVUE and StudentVUE.  

This timeline was proactively developed to provide sites sufficient time to develop these schedules and to ensure that system integration to Clever and Google, are conducted in a timely manner and so that staff and families have the adequate time they need to prepare for the start of the school year.
